We try and get our students as much exposure  as possible before finishing with us and going out to thrive in the hospitality industry. We are in charge of running the West Coast Fossil Park Restaurant - Langebaanweg. Most of our student in-service takes place at the Fossil park.

With us being located on Club Mykonos resort with a conference hall, students gets the chance to experience assisting with room service, break time snacks and conference catering - lunches, dinners and gala events.

Students also do some in-service at the resort restaurants like Oceanis and Cape Town Fish Market to get some experience in a restaurant environment with a ala carte menu.
